If your SaveFamily watch is not charging correctly, follow these steps in the order indicated to identify and resolve the issue.
1. Cleaning the contacts and the cable
- Use a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol to clean the metal contacts on the watch and the charging cable.
- Dry both surfaces thoroughly before reconnecting.
2. Charging procedure
- Turn off the watch completely.
- Place it face down on a flat surface.
- Connect the charger, making sure the magnetic contact is properly secured.
- Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds.
- Leave the watch charging for 4 to 5 hours, even if the screen does not show a charging indicator during this time.
3. Checking the charger and power source
- Test the charging cable on another USB port or a different wall charger.
- If you have another SaveFamily charging cable, test it to rule out the cable as the cause of the problem.
