Important information
- Battery charging: You need a 5V/1A power adapter. Do not charge the device with an adapter rated above 5V/1.5A, as this can damage the battery. Charge for a maximum of 4 hours. Try not to use the watch when the battery is below 5%.
- 4G: This model works over 4G, giving faster geolocation and extra features compared with 2G models.
- Water resistance: For fresh water only, to a maximum depth of 1 metre and up to 30 minutes of immersion. Incorrect use can permanently damage the device. Water damage is not covered by the warranty. Not suitable for water sports. Make sure the SIM card cover is fully screwed in and in perfect condition, to keep the device watertight.
- SIM: Nano-SIM size. Single line only; duplicate or multi-SIM cards are not supported. For the device to work correctly, the SIM needs data balance (at least 500 MB) and call credit.
- Warranty: To claim the warranty, the device must not have been tampered with. Do not try to open or take the watch apart. The smartwatch contains small parts that can be a choking hazard if swallowed, and mishandling its internal components can cause irreversible damage. The battery carries a 6-month warranty.
- Warning: Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Keep it away from any heat source and avoid direct sunlight.
Grupo SaveFamily S.L. is not responsible for misuse of the device. This smartwatch is not a medical device. Its data is for guidance only. Consult a doctor if you notice anything unusual about your health.
SIM installation
SaveFamily watches need call and data credit to work correctly (this matters for the device to function properly). The SIM size is nano-SIM.
Always insert the card with the watch switched off, into the slot on the side of the watch, with the chip facing up and the notch facing inward. You should hear a “click” as you press the card fully in — this confirms it’s inserted correctly.
If your SIM card is not a SaveFamily SIM, please remove the PIN from the SIM using a mobile phone before inserting it (how to remove the PIN). Make sure it has data and coverage. This will prevent installation errors.
