Recover Your SaveFamily Account Password
If you don't remember your password to access the SaveFamily app, you can easily reset it by following this procedure.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Access the Recovery Option
- Open the SaveFamily app on your mobile phone.
- On the login screen, below the username and password fields, locate and select the option "Forgot your password?" or "Recover password."
Step 2: Request the Verification Code
- A new screen will open. Enter the email address you used to create your SaveFamily account.
- Press the button "Get Code," "Send Code," or similar.
Step 3: Receive and Verify the Code
- Check the inbox of the email address you provided. Within a few minutes, you will receive a message from SaveFamily with a verification code.
- Important: If you don't see the email in your main inbox, check the "Spam," "Junk," or "Promotions" folders.
- Return to the app and enter the numeric code you received in the corresponding field.
- Press the button "Verify" or "Continue."
Step 4: Create a New Password
- After verifying the code, the app will allow you to create a new password.
- Enter the new password twice (in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields) to ensure it is correct.
- Finally, press "Save," "Change Password," or "Reset."
