To reset your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, enter your registered email, use the 6-digit emailed code, and set a new password with 8–16 characters and one number, no spaces, capitals, or special characters.
- On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- You will receive a 6-digit code via email (check your Spam folder if it doesn't arrive).
- Enter the code, then set a new password that meets the same security requirements:
- 8–16 characters
- Contains one number
- No spaces, capital letters, or special characters
