Steps to Make the Edit
Access the main map: Open the SaveFamily app and go to the main map screen where the watch's location is displayed.
Locate the edit icon: At the bottom of the screen, you will find an information box. To the left of this box, you will see a pencil-shaped icon. Tap on it.
Make the changes: A new editing screen or menu will open. From here you can modify:
- Role: Select a new family relationship (e.g., change from "Son" to "Daughter").
- Nickname: Edit the name or nickname displayed.
- Image: Tap the current avatar or photo to select a new image from your phone's gallery.
Save the changes: Once the modifications are made, don't forget to press the "Save" or "Accept" button to apply the changes correctly. The new information will sync with the app.
What Do These Fields Mean?
- Role: Defines the user's relationship to the account holder (e.g., Son, Daughter, Grandfather, etc.). Helps organize devices in the app.
- Nickname: This is the informal name displayed in the application for that profile. It can be the real name or a nickname.
- Image: A photo or avatar that helps visually identify the profile quickly on the map and in menus.
