SIM Card Setup Procedure

To properly set up the SIM card in your SaveFamily watch, follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Inserting the SIM Card

  • Locate the SIM card slot according to the user manual instructions.
  • Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down, ensuring it clicks fully into place.
  • Close the slot firmly to ensure it is properly sealed.

2. Device Initialization

  • Turn on the watch by pressing and holding the power button.
  • Allow the system to complete the boot process and automatically detect the SIM card.
  • Verify that the mobile network indicator appears on the screen.

3. Mobile App Setup

  • Download the SaveFamily app from:
    • Google Play Store (Android devices)
    • App Store (iOS devices)
  • Install the app following your operating system's standard procedures.

4. Device Pairing

  • Open the app and create a new account or log in with your existing credentials.
  • Select the "Add Device" option and follow the synchronization process.
  • Use the device's unique QR code or manually enter the serial number when prompted by the app.

5. Activation and Verification

  • Once synchronization is complete, the system will confirm successful pairing.
  • The SIM card will be automatically activated for the main functions:
    • Phone calls
    • Real-time geolocation
    • Receiving and sending messages

Important Technical Requirements:

  • The SIM card must be previously activated with your mobile phone operator.
