SIM Card Setup Procedure
To properly set up the SIM card in your SaveFamily watch, follow these step-by-step instructions:
(The SIM card must have the PIN code disabled)
1. Inserting the SIM Card
- Locate the SIM card slot according to the user manual instructions.
- Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down, ensuring it clicks fully into place.
- Close the slot firmly to ensure it is properly sealed.
2. Device Initialization
- Turn on the watch by pressing and holding the power button.
- Allow the system to complete the boot process and automatically detect the SIM card.
- Verify that the mobile network indicator appears on the screen.
3. Mobile App Setup
- Download the SaveFamily app from:
- Google Play Store (Android devices)
- App Store (iOS devices)
- Install the app following your operating system's standard procedures.
4. Device Pairing
- Open the app and create a new account or log in with your existing credentials.
- Select the "Add Device" option and follow the synchronization process.
- Use the device's unique QR code or manually enter the serial number when prompted by the app.
5. Activation and Verification
- Once synchronization is complete, the system will confirm successful pairing.
- The SIM card will be automatically activated for the main functions:
- Phone calls
- Real-time geolocation
- Receiving and sending messages
Important Technical Requirements:
- The SIM card must be previously activated with your mobile phone operator.
- It is essential to have sufficient credit or an active data plan according to your contract conditions.
- For optimal performance, a minimum 4G/LTE coverage in your area is recommended.
