How do I make a video call with the watch?
With "SaveFamily Connect", you can make video calls between your phone and the watch.
What you need
- Your phone with "SaveFamily Connect".
- The watch, switched on and with internet.
Step by step
- On your phone, allow the app to use the camera, the microphone and notifications. You will find this in your phone's settings, under "SaveFamily Connect".
- Open the app and tap the watch.
- Tap the video call button.
- Wait for the watch to answer.
- If another family member wants to make video calls, you first need to invite them to the app.
When you have finished
You will see and hear the person wearing the watch on your phone's screen.
Tips
- If you do not get a notification when the watch calls you, check that the app's notifications are turned on.
