How to set up WhatsApp on the watch (SaveFamily Connect)

I can't install or activate WhatsApp on the new watch.

On the new watches, WhatsApp is installed from the watch itself.

What you need

• The watch connected to your home Wi-Fi.
• The watch well charged.
• Your phone with the app.

Step by step

1. Connect the watch to your home Wi-Fi from the watch's settings.
2. On the watch, open the app store.
3. Search for WhatsApp and tap "Install" or "Update". Wait for it to finish.
4. Before activating WhatsApp, open the app on your phone and briefly turn off blocking of calls from unknown numbers. WhatsApp needs to send a code to the watch.
5. Open WhatsApp on the watch and enter the watch's phone number.
6. Once WhatsApp is activated, turn call blocking back on if you were using it.

When you have finished

You can now use WhatsApp on the watch.

Tips

• From the app, you can limit who calls the watch, but not WhatsApp messages.
